It
took place in the past May 11, a demonstration of what
is Shorinji Kempo. The demonstration also had the point
of sociability between friends and family, as has
already been done in other previous celebrations. It
took place in the Square City of Luso , integrated in
the commemoration of the 611 anniversary of the Parish
of Santa Maria dos Olivais. It began mid-morning, but
with the rain which did feel put the possibility to
cancel the shared lunch for after the demonstration,
fortunately it was found another solution, which was to
be the coexistence in ADCEO. In ADCEO took place the
long awaited lunch, which after a memorable
demonstration, was already well deserved, because some
kenshi appeared to be hungry. Unfortunately, after lunch
some kenshi had to leave, the other went to the dojo
with some friends and family, where we made several
matches between all these. We had the privilege to
attend a training Wrestling, which were very noisy.
Since I was one of the newest kenshi to stay in the
dojo, until the end, I think it was a fantastic day,
with a lot of fun. These days it would be repeated more
frequently.

present our new website, totaly updated.
He has the same base of the old one, but in a way more
interesting. The website is all translated to English (and
if you see any error in the translation or any thing,
